Shannon Farrell served two decades in the United States Air Force, predominantly in the development, production, and sustainment of advanced technologies. He spent the last quarter of his career in leadership roles in charge of 60-member teams, where he found the greatest fulfillment in helping individuals identify the strengths that made them unique and personally successful, then helping them to get where they wanted to be in their career and life. He is a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths coach.
Shannon coaches individuals and teams to learn the skills they need to be successful instead of relying on him to provide direct services. He also brings two decades of direct experience to help businesses better understanding how acquisitions and program development works for the United States Department of Defense and United States Air Force. His approach is to work with individuals or small groups through experiential learning to understand these skills.
No two individuals, teams, nor products rely on the same skills, strengths, and attributes. The uniqueness of each person or capability makes it special in the industry. Learning to leverage those capabilities while understanding the government's acquisition system is key to being successful in the marketplace. Shannon focuses on the unique attributes and qualities as well as developing a tailored and personal approach to working with each client.
